Introducing Haley Ledbetter. Haley played shortstop for four years at Roger Williams University from 2014 - 2018. Over the course of her career, she was a four time All CCC Recipient. From 2020 - 2022, Haley worked as a Graduate Assistant Softball coach at Western New England University where she received her Masters in Sports Leadership and Coaching. While at WNE, Haley worked primarily with the infield and the hitters, helping them to be successful both on and off the field. It is important to help shape these young women into strong, confident individuals who are productive members of their society. Haley grew up in a small town in Rhode Island, where the sport of softball helped shape who she is as a woman today and she is excited to help mold these young athletes into the athletes they want to become.
