Solely for Canes Central players, we've created age-appropriate programs to further develop deeper baseball knowledge and skill. Run by our professional coaches, these winter programs will prepare your player to play this coming spring season at a higher level.

The Central Canes Program is held 2x per week. Each of the 8 weeks (total of 16 sessions) will consist of professional coach and certified trainer-led sessions, including:

• Hitting/Pitching/Fielding Reps - led by Coach Josh Tobias (Red Sox) & Alex Royalty (Cleveland Guardians) - providing feedback for players while getting in lots of valuable reps, to best prepare you for the upcoming season

• Baseball IQ training sessions to provide deeper understanding of game situations and actions

• Sports Performance Training - led by certified personal training coaches Emmanuel Coward & Taison Farrington - to develop your strength, speed, and explosiveness for optimal on-field performance.

Program Details

On Saturdays from 12:30 - 2:00 PM (Reps & IQ sessions) & Mondays (Sports Performance Training) from 8:00 - 9:00 PM

Dates to include: Dec. 2, 2023 - February 5, 2024 (no sessions on Dec. 23, 25, 30, and Jan. 1)
