Sports Performance Training
Developing Stronger, Faster, Impactful Athletes
Diamond & Aces Sports Performance Training is designed
to integrate with the skill sessions to improve our athletes in their sports.
Athletic physical performance can be measured in the body's safe ability to execute movements with precision, explosiveness, endurance, and power. These movements are universal across all sports with some giving greater focus to areas than others. There is an importance to enhance the overall strength of the athlete across a comprehensive set of movements for that athlete to safely perform at their peak. This is why the foundation begins with a strength-based program.
We offer a few options for individuals to train with us to ensure you can take your game to the next level regardless of your schedule.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Our Semi-Private Training approach follows a 3-step process to ensure that your workouts are personalized to your goals, ensuring optimized results. We will immerse you into an environment of like-minded, young athletes to grow your mind and body beyond what you can see today.
STEP 1: ASSESSMENT
First, we assess your current abilities. This is so we can compare your future results to a baseline and ensure the program we create is right for you. We take pride in getting to know your unique goals, training experience, injury history and current skill set before jumping right in.
STEP 2: ONBOARDING
After the assessment, we'll provide you with your individualized program. Our Onboarding bridges the Assessment and the Training Sessions steps. All athletes are shown proper form and technique, how to understand their program and proper weight room etiquette.
STEP 3: TRAINING SESSIONS
In the Semi-Private training environment, you'll lead yourself through your individualized program while our highly trained staff utilizes a "group supervision" approach with all athletes who are training at that time ensuring proper form and best results.
Our Semi-Private training sessions are available throughout the week. You don't need a package to get started, but the most cost-effective way to attend these sessions are to purchase Semi-Private session packages. After you've got your package, sign up for the scheduled sessions.
Off-Season
During the off-season, little to no competitive baseball is played. During this phase of training, gaining strength, developing speed and power, and putting on lean muscle mass become the top priorities. This is when massive transformations are made.
Pre-Season
In the pre-season, the aim of training is to apply all the strength and power that’s been developed and translate it into more specific movements related to baseball / softball performance. This phase is vital for players to feel out and refine any changes to their technique.
In-Season
During the season, which is a long and truly physical and mental battle, the athletes’ training shifts. In this phase of their development, athletes’ training sessions are shorter, still intense to maintain their abilities, and are filled with joint and arm care drills to keep the body healthy.
Post-Season
The post-season is a short timeframe where athletes should be prioritizing recovery and dumping any built-up fatigue accumulated during the season. In this phase of training, athletes work on foundational movements and begin their physical and mental prep for their off-season training.
