  • Cancellation Policy

    Any changes (cancellation, rescheduling) of an appointment must be made with at least 24 hours notice to Diamond & Aces. No-shows and late cancellations are subject to forfeit of payment. Cancellations of lesson appointments are not refundable, but may be applied to a future appointment if change is made with at least 24 hours notice.
