Players will work on becoming well-rounded hitters. The program will focus on fundamentals and swing mechanics (proper stance, grip, and hand-eye coordination), plate discipline, pitch recognition, mental toughness, and game situations.

-- For baseball and softball players --

Over 8 focused weeks, athletes develop rotational strength, bat speed, and arm velocity through advanced movement training, power-based drills, and velocity development work. Each session builds on the last—creating gains in exit velocity, speed, and total-body explosiveness.

Perfect for the off-season, this program helps players build strength and speed the right way—without overtraining. Groups stay small to ensure individualized coaching and technique correction. Develop explosive rotational power, speed, and total-body athleticism for hitting harder, running faster, and throwing stronger.
