• We teach the whole game, including the mental side.

What this is -

These are instructional camps. We are committed to teaching players how to play the game. You’ll have many opportunities to learn from coaching professionals that have a lot of experience on the field. You’ll get lots of practice and instruction during your time with us

What this is not -
These are NOT camps that provides no real instruction. If you want to learn the game, we will be teaching it.

This is NOT a showcase/ prospect camp.

Run by professional coaches, we provide young players a unique opportunity to take their game to the next level with camps designed to develop skills in all facets of the game. Players of all ability levels will be challenged with specific skill instruction and drill work throughout our camps. Drill progressions will be focused on developing good habits while improving overall game skills. Each camp will cover the skills of pitching, hitting, catching, fielding, baserunning, position work, and the mental side. Players are grouped by sport, age, and skill level.

Our advanced program will cover more position-specific work, deeper hitting and pitching instruction, mental training, and focusing on developing deeper IQ through more game play.

Players will receive a camp t-shirt.

Players will need to bring a glove, molded cleats, a snack and water bottle

• Monday - Thursday (4-day camp)
• 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM daily
• Beginner: Suggested Ages 6-8
• Intermediate: Suggested Ages 9-12
• Advanced: Suggested Ages 13-16

Typical day at camp:

8:00 - 8:30 Arrive at camp / Hitting practice in cage

8:30 - 9:00 Morning talk and warm ups

9:00 - 9:45 Instructional session 1

9:45 - 10:30 Skills workout

10:30 - 11:00 Instructional session 2

11:00 - 12:00 Hitting Practice

12:00 - 12:30 Situational practice/ game

Camp locations:

We will hold our camps at either Morrisville Community Park (1520 Morrisville Pkwy, Morrisville) or West Raleigh ballfields (830 Barringer Dr, Raleigh). See below for the specific location of the camp based on the week it is being held.
